Create your own network of ScreenScape members

Our Affiliates are creating powerful marketing networks within the ScreenScape Community in order to exchange content and advertising. Affiliates negotiate marketing deals on behalf of venues in their network and manage 100% of the revenue from those deals. Our Affiliates are seen by ScreenScape members as local experts. They are best suited to negotiating ad sales, and we give them the flexibility they need to set prices as they see fit. They decide on the rates to charge advertisers, they decide on the right ratio to pass on the venue operators.

Here’s how it works
1. Buy a License
When you sign on as a ScreenScape Affiliate, you declare the number of licenses (nodes in the network) you intend to operate. Using this, we determine an up front Licensing fee. The Licensing price schedule is straightforward, and the discounts are progressive. The more licenses you buy, the more economical it gets.
What does an Affiliate get with their license? In addition to the right to advertise, Affiliates will get access to powerful tools that simplify ad campaign operations. With these tools, you could sign a new account before lunch and have their ads running at hundreds of independent venues that same afternoon.

For example, an ad services company called DentalSphere buys 100 licenses, intending to operate a small network in the Dental segment in the Boston area.
2. Form a Group of ScreenScape members
As the Affiliate, you'll be helping to build the venue network where your ads will be played. After acquiring a license fitted to the size of network you want to operate, an Affiliate goes out and forms a Group consisting of both new and existing ScreenScape members. Venues that are new to ScreenScape automatically become linked to your group when they signup. With ScreenScape’s compelling ROI and aggressive pricing for venues, this is often an easy sell. The total number of members in your network is always equal to or less than your overall license count. If (when) market demands exceed your limit, you can always come back for more room to operate.
Note: Affiliate profit is not generated from signing up new ScreenScape members. Affiliates are not resellers of ScreenScape subscriptions. The real profit potential for Affiliates comes from open access to on-going advertising opportunities in the resulting venue networks. (If advertising is not your organization's area of expertise, ScreenScape has other partnership programs which may be a better fit.)
For example, DentalSphere generates signups in 100 dental offices. Before they can expand to 150 offices, they would need to extend their License agreement with ScreenScape. Now that they have access to this venue network, they can start generating revenue.
3. Negotiate Service Contracts (optional)
For many ScreenScape Affiliates, domain expertise lies in the services associated with digital displays:
- Hardware and Installation sales
- Maintenance contracts
- Graphic Design
- Marketing consulting
For these types of businesses, building a Group of ScreenScape members is a means for creating new opportunities for related core services. ScreenScape's Affiliate Program is also a means for organizations with existing networks to supplement their current offerings with additional services.
ScreenScape in no way restricts its Affiliates from generating service deals. ScreenScape does not expect any revenue sharing from service deals between Affiliates and venue operators.
4. Broker Ad Deals (optional)
When you as an Affiliate introduce new venues to ScreenScape or enlist existing ScreenScape members, you’re generally looking for candidates that match with your own affiliate opportunities. The chief among these opportunities is ad placement. You’re looking for venues with an audience profile that would be attractive to the kinds of advertisers you expect to engage.
You’re looking for venues interested in both sides of your pitch:
- Become a member of ScreenScape, and receive all the great benefits of a high-value low-cost digital display network.
- Profit from the displays by hosting ads brokered by a ScreenScape Affiliate (you).
Affiliates have the right to generate profit from advertising in the venues in their network. When an Affiliate brokers an ad deal, advertising rates and revenue sharing agreements with host venues are defined by the Affiliate, not by ScreenScape. Affiliates use a Group Account to firmly establish relationships and to distribute ad content to their venues; once they have joined your Group and a display is up and running, no effort is required from a venue owner to host ads. While the members of your Group can add local content to their own display as needed they cannot delete content distributed by the Affiliate Partner which they've pre-approved.
For example, DentalSphere now has a network of 100 screens in Boston dental waiting rooms. The potential audience in those waiting rooms represents a powerful draw to industry advertisers. DentalSphere can now broker deals between advertisers and the venues in their jurisdiction. Under their license deal with ScreenScape, DentalSphere retains 100% of the revenue they generate from these ad deals.
